Safiya specialises in corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law and property law. She has advised numerous clients on corporate and intellectual property related matters, and her experience extends to commercial drafting of contracts and corporate transactions including joint ventures, franchise agreements, licence, and royalty agreements. Her experience in intellectual property includes trade mark registrations and providing advice to clients regarding the protection, management and commercialisation of their intellectual property assets. A wife and a mother, Safiya’s passions also extend to traveling, experiencing different cultures and learning new languages.
Bonke Gana
Bonke brings with him a unique and impressive academic background to S Danka Inc, having completed a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Auxilary Mathematics and Paleontology from University of Witwatersrand. He further pursued his passion for law by obtaining his LLB, graduating with six distinctions. A testament to his dedication, intellect, and drive for excellence. His diverse academic foundation complements the analytical and strategic demands of legal practice, and we are confident that Bonke’s commitment to integrity is a great asset to our clients and our firm. Outside of work, Bonke enjoys reading and is an avid chess player, interests that reflect his thoughtful and tactical approach to both life and law.
